Diet Philosophy

You can out-eat ANY workout!

Enough said!  Not really, but I figured to nudge this blog along I should post this page and then work on it. Here you'll eventually find a philosophy that I found works (when I work it). Some recipes. Some miscellaneous gibberish, but hopefully something helpful.

One of the things I'm working towards is growing some of my own fruits and vegetables. Strawberries and tomatoes have been an easy place to begin and provide a lot of nutrition and color to the table.  Here is some linking to my growings-on. This is a nice place to keep track of what I'm learning with some links. I'll shuffle as content grows (no pun intended).
